  • How do I make an appointment for a pawnshop?  

    Appointments are required for clearance operations (loan repayment and item collection) and renewals. Appointments are available in the mornings without appointment, and in the afternoons by appointment. 

    To book an appointment, simply go to the following page: click here.

    Choose your operation, select it and then search for an available date. Once you have selected your appointment slot, create your account (which is different from your "personal space" account) and validate it. Within a few minutes, you'll receive confirmation by email and on your phone.

  • I've deposited several pieces of jewelry. Can I have one back?

    No, it is not possible to recover only some of the items included in a single loan contract. Objects belonging to the same loan contract will all be returned at the same time, when the loan and interest are repaid.

  • How do I cancel or change my appointment?

    To cancel or modify your appointment, you need to log in to the diary area using your dedicated login and password.

    Click on "Login". In the "All my appointments" tab, you can view upcoming appointments in the "Coming soon" section. To delete the appointment, click on the cross icon; to modify the appointment and search for the next available slot, click on the pencil icon.

    It's important to confirm your choice at every stage. You'll then receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS to let you know that your request has been registered.

  • How can I renew my contract?

    Renewals are carried out remotely, free of charge. You can renew your loan 30 days before its expiry date, using one of the following methods:

    • On the site, via your personal space, with your bank card (up to 1,500 euros)
    • By bank transfer, using our bank details, specifying your surname, first name and contract number in the name of the transfer.
    • By cheque made payable to the CMP Accounting Officer, sent to our postal address: Crédit Municipal de Paris - à l'attention du prêt sur gage Pôle relation à distance 55 rue des Francs Bourgeois75004 Paris

    After payment, you will receive your renewed contract by mail or e-mail (if you renewed via your personal space).
