Make an appointment to drop off an item

Deposits can be made without an appointment, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12:30pm, and by appointment in the afternoon.
Withdrawals can only be made by appointment.
If you wish to renew your loan, this can be done remotely from your personal space, so you don't need to make an appointment at Crédit Municipal de Paris.

Once your appointment has been scheduled, please arrive at 55 rue des Francs-Bourgeois, 75004 Paris, 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time.
If you arrive late, we won't be able to welcome you in optimal conditions; we'll ask you to make a new appointment and to arrive on time.
Only the contract holder is admitted to the pawnshop to carry out his or her transaction.
At the entrance, present the original confirmation of your appointment (printed or digital version on your telephone).
Please bring the appropriate documents for the transaction you wish to carry out. We'll ask for them in "paper" format.
