After-sales service

Once the auction has been announced, it is no longer possible to cancel a bid. The highest and last bidder is obliged to communicate his name and address and to pay for his purchase.

Lots can be picked up at 55 rue des Francs-Bourgeois 75004 Paris, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm*, without appointment.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to collect your lot from Crédit Municipal de Paris. Payment by bank transfer must have been received before you can collect the item. In the case of payment by cash or credit card, the prizes will be returned to you immediately.

After a period of 60 days from the date of sale, if the lot has not been withdrawn, custody fees will be charged as follows:

• 10 per lot per week for lots with a volume greater than 1^{m3 ;}
• 7 per lot per week for lots with a volume of less than 1^{m3 ;}
• 5 excl. VAT per batch per week for hand-held batches.

Crédit Municipal de Paris does not handle the shipment of lots. However, we can put you in touch with carriers who will offer you a quote and take care of shipping your item.
