At your first appointment, a Parcours Budget advisor will welcome you to the service. Together, you'll establish a diagnosis of your budget situation, with supporting documents, and draw up a solid, fully personalized action plan. You'll receive advice to help you rebalance your budget over the long term.
The Parcours Budget advisor will guide you towards the solutions best suited to your needs: group workshops, personal microcredit, enhanced budgeting support, help with filing for overindebtedness, specialized partner, etc.
The advisor can also support you in your dealings with your bank and creditors (landlords, credit agencies, etc.).
Support continues over time, by telephone or through follow-up appointments. The team is in regular contact with you to help you regain and maintain your financial well-being.
