Parcours Budget and EDF forge unprecedented partnership

Back in 2016, Crédit Municipal de Paris was awarded the Point Conseil Budget (PCB) label, granted by the French government to certain reception structures offering free, personalized budget management advice. Since 2023, Crédit Municipal de Paris has taken part in the " Aide Budget " experiment led by the DRIEETS (Direction régionale interdépartementale de l'économie, de l'emploi, du travail et des solidarités), an initiative that brings together public authorities, energy suppliers, federations of social landlords and Points conseil budget in a joint approach to preventing overindebtedness.

As part of this experiment, in December 2023 Crédit Municipal de Paris entered into an unprecedented partnership with EDF. This will enable customers in financial difficulty to be referred to Parcours Budget, Crédit Municipal de Paris's budget support service, where they can find information on aid schemes, debt adjustment solutions, personalized advice on controlling their bills, etc. Thanks to the EDF Solidarité platform, concrete energy solutions will also be offered to all Parcours Budget beneficiaries, reinforcing the budget support provided by the service for fifteen years now. An essential partnership to reinforce our actions to prevent and treat financial fragility.
