Emmaus launches a call for solidarity
To mark the 70th anniversary of Abbé Pierre's historic appeal following the death of a woman on the streets during the bitterly cold winter of 1954, Emmaus Paris and Label Emmaüs are calling on the public to help those on the streets.
10 collection points are mobilizing in Paris to receive donations of cold-weather equipment (tents, blankets, quilts, warm clothing, etc.).
You can also get involved by hosting a family for the night, or by volunteering your time for local associations(Utopia 56, La Chorba...).
Crédit Municipal de Paris is taking part in this solidarity operation. We invite you to drop off your donations between January 30 and February 29 at our premises at 55 rue des Francs-Bourgeois, 75004 Paris.
