How do I get my bonus?

Of the items pledged at Crédit Municipal de Paris, 10% are sold at auction. If the auction price is higher than the amount owed by the borrower, the difference, known as the bonus, is paid back to the borrower.

If the sale of your item has generated a bonus, you will receive a letter informing you of this. This letter will specify the amount of the bonus and describe the procedure for receiving it. The bonus will be available to you for two years from the date of the auction, and will be paid to you by bank transfer, or in cash up to €3,000.

There are several ways to receive your bonus.

Send us a copy of your valid ID (front and back) and a bank account in your name and surname from a French bank.
