Permanence of the Médiateur de la Ville de Paris at the CMP

From October 7, 2023, it will be possible to meet the Médiateur de la Ville de Paris at Crédit Municipal de Paris. The Mediator will be available on Saturday mornings, from 9am to 1pm, with or without appointment.

The Mediation officer provides assistance to any user encountering a dispute with a service provided by the City, the Department or a Parisian social landlord: parking, social housing, children's canteen, activities, sports services, cemeteries, granting of financial aid, etc. Once you have lodged your initial appeal with the department concerned, if you are not satisfied with the response, or if no response is forthcoming, you can submit a request for mediation.

This public service is entirely free of charge.
