Fanny Kopf appointed Pawnbroker Manager

In November, Fanny Kopf took up her new post as Director of Pawnbroking at Crédit Municipal de Paris. She succeeds Frédéric Jérôme, who held the position for two years before moving into the administration of an employee savings management company.

After several years in consulting, among other things on customer strategy issues in banking and financial institutions, Fanny Kopf held the position of Customer Relations Manager at Eau de Paris. In 2019, she decided to join the teams at Crédit Municipal de Paris as Deputy Director of Pawnbroking. She was quickly won over by the establishment's human and supportive values. Customer relations, team support and social action are the daily rhythms of her missions. Building on the success of the projects undertaken over the past two years, Fanny Kopf was entrusted with the management of the department.

With this appointment, she becomes the first woman to head Crédit Municipal de Paris' historic business line!
